IIN’s mission is ‘to play a crucial role in improving health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms the world.’
There is no single diet, physical activity, or way of life that works for everyone. Overall nutrition does not come in a ‘one size fits all’ manner. It takes the development of listening skills and extreme self care to really know how to nourish your own body, mind, and soul. Nutrition goes far beyond what you eat: from breakfast, to dinner, to exercise, joy, home environment, creativity, relationships, education, career and finances… health means balance in every area of your life. You can eat kale and carrots everyday but if you are unhappy in your career or not sleeping well, your entire health is influenced.
Amelia studied over 100 dietary theories and is trained extensively in a wide variety of coaching skills. She takes a holistic approach to supporting a whole person.
